Bought this back stretcher for my mom, and she is very satisfied! It is quite sturdy, it has no problem when my brother who weights around 120kg uses it. It has three levels of arch, although it is quite hard to put it on the last level (the biggest arch). I used it a few times too, and I have to say that it really feels very nice to stretch my back after whole day spent infront of my computer with my poor posture. I took the green foam piece just for the sake of it matching my mom's yoga mat, but the color is actually really nice and vibrant.
